SUDDEN DEATH- Arena failure!
NO responses? I really thought this was a good and simple idea! None of the pvp'rs that hate sudden death would go for this?
I've heard comment once or twice, but have no experience with it - that said, it makes sense to me. *shrug*
While I haven't had much PvP experience, Sudden Death can be inherantly bad in a competitive situation, especially when forced. I'm surprised that there isn't a limited lives option and this would really help some situations. If sudden death has to stay, it might be best if the amount of HP is scaled up a tad so that DOTs aren't problematic.
Guess nobody who cares about arena that much reads the suggestion forums?
Everyone who has used the Arena recently knows how annoying SUDDEN DEATH is. You get hit with the LAST DoT in fire blast...you step in caltrops...etc etc. Now you're dead? I have a better solution! (As if we needed the first solution)
Limited lives! After the timer runs out, everyone who dies STAYS DEAD. For example, on a team of 4 fighting another team of 4, the timer hits zero. The teams of 4 duke it out as usual, and once there is only one team left in the arena, the match is over and THEN you see the results, including the kills AFTER the timer ran out.
Better idea? Seems flawless to me, but thats all in my head.
