This isn't a bug but I think it's certainly a technical issue. While the forums have been running smoother than they were a few months ago, I just encountered my old friend "The form you submitted is no longer valid." So I'm wondering if a red name would care to comment on if new forum software is still planned? My impression was that it was imminent a few months ago, and I believe some forum performance issues were even blamed on the fact that they were running backend scripts to move old messages out of this software and into the new software. But I haven't seen any news on it in quite a while.
