I can't really seem to get any help with my da scrapper so here it is.

What is it you think is wrong with your build? Yeah I did things a tad bit different on my Spines/DA but it's not really that far off from yours.

Right off, you have 1 too many bonuses of +2.5% recovery and it's wasted.

Unless the recovery bonus isn't what he slotted that set for.....

I do that occasionally if I want a specific bonus. My Claws/Regen is getting a set of Obliteration in Spin. I already have 5 5% recharge bonuses. I'm slotting it for the accuracy and melee defense bonuses.

It isn't that I am looking for what I did wrong but if there are any ways that I can improve that build on.

O thank you for pointing that out! I didn't even bother to look at my bonus list lol.

This is an updated build, gave him more ranged defense by six slotting Impale with Thunderstrike.

I can't verify at the moment but if I remember correctly, he gets the +recovery bonus as the last of 4 slots. But you have a point, he might have just kept the IO's to keep the enhancement.
