I am making my first MA scrapper and have come up with the following... Please let me know if I picked some dog MA powers or whether I should buff up more def etc. Thanks.

Well for MA you pick the right attacks

Now things to build for with MA/SD I would work on getter your defense higher. It doesn't need to be soft capped (45%) but I would aim for 35%ish should be fine. Also a note Phalanx Fighting only adds 3.75% defense when solo so your defense is only 28.3% solo.

Other things I saw I think you have too many attacks, but if you like them that is up to you.

A good IO for you to look into is Steadfast Protction: +3% defense. It doesn't cost a lot of inf right now, I got one today for 3 mil , but it will help out your build a lot. You can put it in Deflection, True Grit, or OwTS.

Flurry is a filler.... I also have alot of attacks cause I didnt know what else to replace some of them with. I could swap some out and take the medicine pool but it feels so unscrapperly to take aid self.
