Ice blast is bad now....and ice secondary has never been good....but ill see what i can do.
Sad to hear that they do not perform well in PvP. This toon has been my main for years. I'd like to get some PvP badges on him.

TBH...your best bet is to roll a Psi/Em if you really want to play blaster. That ice/ice is just not going to cut it. It will only make you fustrated.

Here's a really quick Ice/Ice/Cold build I tossed together - just power picks, no slotting. Like others have said it's nowhere near an optimal PvP combination but if you know what you're doing you will at least have some degree of success.
EDIT: lol I just noticed that Ice Blast does more damage than BiB in PvP. Wow that's stupid.

Hey guys. I've recently started playing in RV and Sirens. I'm enjoying myself but I know my build isn't the best for PvP. This is where I need help.
Could you guys help me with a decent PvP only build for a ice/ice blaster? Something on the cheap side. I blew most of my money getting the field crafter badge and can't afford purps.
Any help would be appreciated!
