This right here is the heart of the problem to me. I'd really like to see us have 2 ignore lists. 1 would be for if we use the standard ignore, and the other would be for if we used the ignore as spammer function.

It's sad to say, but I've actually stopped reporting the RMT spammers because I don't want them pushing people off my ignore list.
