LF Feedback on NW build
I played around some more and have something that is *vastly* superior to the previous build except it relies on purple sets.
It has globals: 305% regen, 200% recovery, 177.5% haste, 63%accuracy, 17%damage, 12.4% heath. Although it assumes that the pvp set +def enh is put into Indomitable will for capped defense to ranged/melee and 44.5% defense to AOE (this is taking into account only the insuppressable part of mask presence defense). So still no need for mind-link that drops in the middle of a fight!

The the second build has superior numbers, and infamy costs. I'm not so sure it is going to function better than builds that take Slash over Eviscerate though. I still feel skipping Mind Link is a mistake. I just don't think there are good reasons to skip it especially with all the recharge you seem to be planning. It's awesome for your team, and it's going to help you vs defense debuffs. You can make it perma very easy with that recharge you have so it's not like "oh noes it dropped i don't has it for several seconds!!!one". You can activate it immediately after it drops. I also wouldn't 4 slot LotG's since you have so much actual to hit the accuracy bonuses aren't needed. I also don't 4 slot them since you can get enough global defense to cover the missing slots. I would look to cut back on slotting in TT: Maneuvers. Dropping 5% global recharge will only give you a 1~ sec downtime on Hasten. You can then free up some slots to flesh out your offense some more. You have a proc in Dart Burst, but not in Strike. I don't understand the reasoning on that. One interrupt reducer in Aid self should be enough. A full slot for .16s has never really sold me as an effective use of slotting. Just some of the changes I would make. Hopefully the ideas help you.
Thanks for the advice! This is what I'm thinking about now -- I did add Mind Link back and started focusing on the attack chain, global recharge, defense, global damage bonus and endurance consumption . Whew, what a lot to worry about!
With the seamless attack chain:
Strike, Slash, Poison Dart, Strike, Eviscerate
I get 250 DPS when Build Up is up (30% of the time) and 189 DPS when build up is down (70% of the time) for an average of 207 DPS -- 1 less DPS than Top Doc overall. *But* this attack chain is positive endurance...you gain endurance while using it!!! Also, it allows for huge numbers when doing AOE out of stealth which Follow Up really doesn't work for. Wish I had room for placate for double stealth AoEs, but I just can't fit it in. Also, all positional defenses are capped (taking into account only the insuppressible defense of Mask Presence). Still has perma-hasten (actually down for .2 secs or so). Also, every attack now has a proc.

Going to post one last build that I'm considering...this one is *not* designed for AV soloing...it loses a lot of regeneration and drops the self heal. Instead this focuses on *extremely* high single target and extremely high AoE damage. Also, the single target damage is below endurance gained -- so it can be sustained forever. For AOE: Mask Presence, Build Up, Spin, Placate, Eviscerate should be an extremely effective combo.
With the seamless attack chain:
Strike, Slash, Dart, Strike, Lunge, Dart
It gets 274 DPS with Build Up and 207 DPS without Build Up for an average sustained DPS of 227, which is 9% more than Top Doc while using 1.5 fewer purple sets and no reliance on pvp sets. Also, it contain Eviscerate and Spin (no Dart Burst) because they do much more damage. Even though there are gaps in the AoE chain, they will mostly disappear in the time you need to position yourself for max effect anyways.
The build gains 3.5 EPS while running Combat Jumping, TT Maneuvers and Indomitable Will. The single target attack chain uses 3.44 (taking into account Build Up). Also, for more survivability...placate can be swapped with Aid Other and Eviscerate swapped with Aid Self (5 slotted with Doctored Wounds) without affecting the build at all -- except 3 percent less global damage.

Hi,
I'm looking for feedback on my Night Widow build. I've read the boards and played with mids for a while and came up with the following. It's meant to be a broad usage build...good but maybe not the very best for solo, group, pve and pvp.
Some of the goals:
1. Cheap (at least relatively). No purples or PvP set enhancements but does contain some of the most expensive non-purple enhs.
2. Capped melee/range defense *without* mask presence or mind link. In fact, the build doesn't contain mind link at all. I find a 90 second buff to be very annoying in actual practice with it wearing off at bad times. The build has 3 group toggles -- so it's still group friendly. Also, it has elude for when fighting enemies with -defense or lots of aoes.
3. It has a travel power.
4. Relatively low toggle power endurance usage.
5. True invisibility and +perception.
6. Near perma-haste (4 sec downtime)
7. Global: 164 recharge, 16 to-hit, 36 accuracy, 33 damage.
8. -Fly/-Jump power
