Flashback and Gold Bricker Rocketpack

I thought the Gold Bricker rocketpack could be aquired in the flashback missions. I'm looking at the 15-19 range (and the others), but I don't see it. I ran thru Marshal Brass's missions, just in case, but still didn't get it. Any ideas on this?

I believe it should be as well - I know I just saw it, reasonably sure it was a lvl 17-18 character.

Edit: Nope, unobtainable via ouro according to the wiki.

the goldbricker pack is the first two missions of marshall brass' arc. you might not get those if you hit him after lv 15 (i think)

Jeez, I saw that page like 10 times and everytime I read it as "obtainable". Thanks for clearing that up for me.

You can get through all of his missions anywhere from levels 15 through 19. Once you hit 20, that's it. So if you are on his second arc, and for some reason, he still hasn't given you the Rocket Pack mission, and you are getting close to hitting 20, then turn off experience until you are finished with him.

The 2 mission mini-arc can fall before the arcs after the PvP Rep and Seer Marino, or after either of his 2 Arcs.
