Set suggestions for MA/Regen scrapper

For a regen, the only thing I can think of to build for is recharge. Defense won't get you much, and you already have plenty of recovery. Focus on recharge and if there is no recharge bonus set then go for HP bonus.
Hecatombs and crushing impacts for your single target attacks, LOTG +Recharge in combat jumping and MOG. Armegedon or Obliteration in your PBAOE, if you have any Patron AOE's you can slot those with Ragnaroks and....I think positrons blast. That's all I know off the top of my head.
Purple sets are really great for building recharge but they are definitly not needed.

As said above, sets with recharge bonuses are your best bet. These include 5-slotted Crushing Impacts, 5-slotted Doctored Wounds, 5-slotted Obliterations, the LotG +Recharge IOs, and 5-slotted Adjusted Targetings. There are other sets but these are the most likely ones you will get first.
As Regen, you can hit the HP cap easily with Dull Pain and the Accolades, so it's best to get regen bonuses over HP, though you can tend to get both bonuses in a single set.
Defense bonuses are not a bad idea, but you will need to accumulate a significant number of defense to make them count. In fact, it would do well to go with def+ powers like Weave and CJ, where you can slot LotGs that give regen and HP bonuses as well as the +recharge IO. Then getting defense bonuses would add more with each bonus.
Any set suggestions for a MA/Regen scrapper? Mine's at 50, and I'm looking to start getting him "pimpified". Not necessarily looking for in-depth descriptions, just suggestions to point me the right way. Thanks!
