Couple of Buggy Things

These bugs may have allready been posted about but let's just say that the search feature here lacks a little something.

First last night I noticed that whenever I used a base teleporter I'd have to retoggle all my powers, what's up with that?

Second has there been any advances in figureing out the numbers that come up when you talk after leaving Wentworths?

And last why can't I shield charge in the Storm Palace?

The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.

1. Bug. Happens off and on depending on the issue and patch. Bug it.

2. Bug. Well known. It's the current version of a previous bug which was 'fixed' but now manifests itself in this manner. The erroneous text strings are longer than the previous version of this bug, but it happens a lot less frequently.

3. It's a no-TP zone. Why? I don't know. Bug it.

This I have petitioned a couple times but have never seen any clear yes or no direction on this. As stated, the area inside the force field is a no TP zone killing shield charge. Kind of annoying isn't it?
