Tyrant and Antimatter, are they available?

I know Tyrant is because I have seen him in maps before as a captive. Not so sure about Anti-Matter. I think he might've been overlooked by accident because he shares robots with Neuron. I wanted to use Anti-Matter in my arc as well, but I wound up resorting to Neuron due to Anti-Matter not being there.
Tyrant is in my "Wrath of the Praetorians" story arc so I know he's available. I wished Anti-Matter was though since I wanted him in it as well.

Okay the Tyrant Follower Group is finally showing up, don't know why it wasn't before.
Sorry, I have everything unlocked, but I'm not sure if I'm just not seeing these two and their groups or if they're just not available. But I want to use Tyrant and Antimatter in a Praetorian based arc I'm doing... right now I have States and Posi as stand ins... but are the characters there or no?
