AE: Unlockable Content Bug

Guess it fixed itself a few hours later. The server must have been overlagged, not sure why it said I didn't have the unlockables htough.
When the AE server is down, the main server doesn't recognize the fact that you've unlocked stuff because it can't confirm it with the AE server. When the AE server comes back up, it should all right itself. If it doesn't right itself, the attempt to repurchase an unlockable usually reestablishes a firm handshake and straightens everything out.

First off, I don't have anything unlocked anymore, not sure what that is.
Second, I went to guy rebuy it all and I spent about 800 tickets before I realized that I was buying the same thing

Is the AE down or is this just a crummy connection? I haven't seen any notices in that effect yet so I'm figuring that there is something wrong with the AE Server.
