Both are more viable now in Nova form...but PB still has the upper-hand on WS by quite a bit.
Unfortunately, a number of the WS powers are dependent on "powering up" off of opponents (multiple) and PvP just isn't conducive to that. The WS Nova is still a pretty decent option for hover-blasting and can stack a lot of -rech fast...but without all the heals and build up of PB, doesn't quite pack the same punch.
I don't have a Mid's build to post from where I'm at, but there are a number of PB PvP posts in the Kheldian forum.
What is the best pvper for Peacebringer or Warshade and please post your build too if you like
