Unable to Login (IG)

Im a prior player of CoH/CoV (Name of Arcadian Archangel or similar) anyway, Im considering coming back, but this time with my now partner.

So i set up this trial account for her to test it out on, however at the login screen it says the name and/or password is wrong every time. Even though I input it exactly like on the account set up screen, also on the account management page it says account status playable so...???

Any ideas? Is there a delay before being able to play? I never had this much trouble getting started way back when it first launched.

Just checked my firewall and its permissions. Its not that. Anyone get back to me on this?

Go to NCSoft Account Management and change your password. That might help.
