Looking for Something For Duel/Duos

Looking for a Build Heroside and Villainside that can be fairly effective in most matches.

Id like something thats going to be a good base and godly after IOs (If thats still possible)

For Vills Ive heard Elec/Therm, and Heroes Fire/Therm or Mind/Therm were solid, but I was wondering what other options there were.

sonic/em psi/em blaster Mind/thermal controller rad/sonic defender

Vills the listed as well as mind/psi fire/psi dom

Forts used to be good Vside from what I had heard, not anymore? Defense got clipped?

Defense was made almost useless again...and Fort damage was nerfed a lot.

Basically they went from the best AT in the game to useless. Pretty standard change for this game.

Bleh. At least theyre fun for PvE.
