Cold domination defender or corrupto. Preferably a corruptor. Combined with ice or dark.
It's what i see owning duals alot. there are many "good builds out there though"

Ummm I think you have to understand that playstyle means a lot more than AT. It seems your having a hard time PvPing with ANYTHING according to how I just read your post.

I need a hero pvper that is top tier in duels. Zones are fine, but I am all about 1 v 1. I need, the build that owns most of the time. My regen scrappers keep getting pwned by brutes. My squishies keep getting pwned by everything. All I need is the primary and secondary, the rest I can do myself.
