I buged this a week ago, there was one other DO Enh that was missing too, can't remember what it was.
Edit: it was the resist damage Dual Origin
nm, wa about to repeat that resist dmg was also
It's listed under "recovery", and yes they used lower case on it.

There is no EndMod enhancements in MA, at least for the dual enchantments. Its kind of annoying because i just wanted to get all my enhancements from MA but now i need to run all over the map
