Ok, so I had a published mission arc where Colonel Duray was one of the main villains in the arc. However, a player just ran it and instead of Duray, it was a Jump Bot.
I went in to check it and Duray had in fact been replaced by a Jump Bot. I tried to change it back, but it seems Duray has been removed from the MA.
For now I changed it to Captain Castillo, even though he doesn't fit nearly as well.
