Boss and Custom hero question

I'm making an arc and I need a few tips.

I am making an arc and I want my custom Hero to be chatting with my AV which is a circle AV from the game. I want for the team to fight the av and when defeated the Custom hero runs away. Can anyone tell me if this is even possible and if so how.

I also had a mission that I wanted somewhat the same thing happening except the custom made hero is in a holding spell by the boss.

Not currently possible.

The olding spell thing is. You set up a "rescue ally" encounter, set up the graphic for him to be trapped in the glowy levitating light, and write the dialogue. There is an option under these encounters for what the ally does when rescued. By default he will follow you and help you pwn, but you can set it so that he runs for the nearest mission exit.

You can use the same principal to do a credible imitation of the first thing too. You simply have to change the animations on the villain and the hero so that they appear to be having a civil conversation. As far as the game code is concerned, the hero is the villain's captive, but that doesnt have to be apparent to the players.

I understand all that, what I am attempting is to have the AV be the one in the group with my captive. When I place them both in the back of the mission they are in two completely different groups.

Just wondering if that is possible.

If you don't mind having three copies of the same AV in the same group of enemies, and the AV is a custom critter? Then the answer is yes.

If you're dead set on having only the one AV, then the answer's no. I'm sure this will change in future updates, though.
