Is there a way to give your mobs "the triangles"?

I made an EB in my arc and frankly, the guy gets his butt kicked by everybody. Short of giving him an armor power (which tends to make EB's very powerful from what I've seen) is there a way to prevent them from being completely controlled for the whole fight?

Well you can't make them never be controlled, i have held an AV when all my team mates were using holds, but the only way to get them the triangles is making them into an AV.

I don't mean never be controlled, just harder to control. Thanks for the response, i'll just deal with him getting juggled a bit then.

I just thought of something else you can make it an AV and have it with a good def/res set that doesn't allow it to get held just saying.
