Resist Physical Damage: pretty much useless
Resist Elements, Resist Energies: One of these gives slow resistance, which is good. The other one gives end drain resist, which isn't really that noticeable. I forget which is which.
tough hide: Pretty much useless. Defense is only good when you have a lot of it, and an Inv tank doesn't.
invincibility: completely useless. PvP isn't about standing in a group of 15 NPC's.
Also, are any of the epic power pools good for pvp?
Yes. Energy, fire, and stone are considered the best, from what I remember. Things change pretty quickly though, since the devs redesign the game on random whims anytime they choose.

Hey I'm 44 on my tank, he is my highest toon thus far. I've began doing some pvp on him and found myself stuck with a few questions.
How good is Resist Physical Damage, Resist Elements, Resist Energies, tough hide, and invincibility in pvp? Also, are any of the epic power pools good for pvp? I am currently trying conserve energy and laser eye beams.
