Making a dominator, which enhancements do I choose

Build with IO sets focusing on +HP, +recharge, +accuracy, and +damage. Try to get as many of the accolades as you can (specifically the +HP ones - Born in Battle, Invader, and High Pain Threshold).

Hey, I have only been playing City of Heroes for about a week and have decided that I just can't play a Corrupter.
I am making a Mind / Elec Dominator but I am stuck on one little detail.. the enhancements..
My main focus is PvP but I will be looking to level pretty fast as well, soloing (while leveling) and PvE (Max Level) aren't of the greatest concern.
What do you guys suggest?
