Made one with Sucker Punch's since Macs can't use Mids. Didn't do slotting since, not only is adding the fifth and sixth slot buggy in that planner, but most of the IO sets, like purples, are missing.

First, which epic? Focused Accuracy grants perception and a bit of accuracy (though, in my experience, hasn't helped much against defense and elusivity heavy builds, build-up does a lot more for me) which would be good against those Stalkers and other stealthy foes, but Petrifying Gaze gives me a mez power that my primary lacks for detoggling offensive toggles, which would save me from having to buy and conservatively use arena Stun Grenades. I take a ranged attack in both of them to help with people moving around a lot.
Second, is this build solid, power wise? Can I drop one of my pools in favor of Hasten and Super Speed?
Third, any recommendations for slotting, both top end and for SOs and generic IOs?
No clue on what a Fire/Fire Blaster build would look like for my brother, so I can't really come up with anything there.
Hate to bump, but... any help? At all? Can someone just toss feedback at my pool and epic choices?
I've been doing some arena PvP lately on Protector's Thursday Night Fights with a Broadsword/Super Reflexes Scrapper of mine (and whoever I feel like using on whim when we roll a lowbie round). Despite him being an in-progress AV soloer on his current build, he performs quite well, at least a bit better than I'd expect for a PvE oriented build. I've eventually planned to use his alternate build for PvP once I finished slotting up his AV soloer, but alas, impatience struck me. So, I need a build.
Looking at my experiences in the arena, I'm thinking for powers from BS would be Hack, Disembowel, Headsplitter, and Build Up. Maybe Slash simply as filler, but I'm not sure there. SR... well, certain on everything except Elude. As awesome as Elude is and how much I've heard about it being useful, I'm not sold on it since I tend to only get killed once or none per match on my current build that skips it, and usually thats when several people are ganged up on me. Power pools I'm thinking Leaping, Fighting, Medicine, and Fitness, but I'm wondering if there's one I could get by without and be fine for Speed. Epic Pool, either Power (most likely for Focused Accuracy and ranged Energy Attacks) or Darkness (less likely, but it does have some Mez BS lacks and also offers different damage type through negative energy. And can't forget the -tohit buff!) Are those good picks?
The biggest thing I need info on would be slotting for whatever powers I get. I don't have access to Mid's since I'm on a Mac and Sucker Punch's is horribly out of date, otherwise I'd play around with slotting myself. If anyone is willing, I'd like both a top-end build and then one with the same powers but SOs/Generic IOs instead. I don't have anywhere near the amount of inf I need to go and make a top-end straight away (unless anyone wants to donate a billion or so inf), hence why I need one with not-so-great enhancements for use in the mean time. They don't have to have all the slots placed the same, I do have a respec I can burn later. Additionally, if you really want to, you can throw me a cheaper set IO build too.
Final question. Trying to get my brother to participate more in PvP, but he claims his toon isn't built for it and would die too much. He also doesn't have much inf or time to gather a lot. Anyone got a cheap build for a Fire/Fire Blaster that I can pass on to him?
