Just to follow up on this, the maintenance this morning finished up well ahead of schedule at around 4 hours total downtime.

Starting at 1 AM Eastern on Tuesday, October 21st, PlayNC support will undergo maintenance. During this maintenance period tickets entered via the in-game /petition command will be queued up and responded to after the maintenance is complete. Additionally, the PlayNC Knowledge Base will be offline.
We anticipate this maintenance period to take apx 8.5 hours, however there is the possibility that it will run over. We are working to actually come in under that time frame, but it will depend on how the maintenance proceeds.
