Need help: Spoof Sugestions...

I'm a theater geek and just to show how much of a theater geek I am, I've compiled a list of every show I have ever been involved with. What I need help with is that I want to spoof these plays and I need some sugestions for titles. They're going in order so the first 5 are the most important to me right now.

The Character I'm useing for the spoof is "Gothic Sword" so if you can work his name into the title or just use things found in game.

Some of these have my own sugestions by them but you can do your own if you like. If I like yours better I'll scrap my ideas.

<ul type="square"> Real Title
Spoof Title
[*]“Nicholas Nickleby”
"Nick a Lass, Nick a Boy"
[*]“Inherit the Wind”
"Inherit the Windups"
[*]“The Good Woman of Setzuan”
[*]“Painting Churches”
"Aggravating Searches"
[*]“Camelot”
[*]“Meet Me in St. Louis”
"Meet Me is St. Martial"
[*]“All Night Strut”
[*]“Honky Tonk Angels”
[*]“8-Track, Sound of the 70's”
[*]“Bell, Book, and Candle”
[*]“Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street”
[*]“Enchanted April”
[*]“Charley’s Aunt”
[*]“Back to Bacharach”
[*]“A Christmas Carol”
[*]“The Best Little [censored] House in Texas”
"Best Little BadgeWhore in Rhode Island"
[*]“Forever Plaid”
"Forever Gothic"
[*]“Plaid Tidings”
"Gothic Tidings"
[*]“Miracle Worker”
[*]“Anna in the Tropics”
[*]“South Pacific”
[*]“Big Bang”
If it'll help you come up with ideas for the titles feel free to ask what the play's about.

Well, occasionally building on the idea that your character is wielding a big ol' sword, here's a quick take on your top five:

<ul type="square">[*]Nick a lass, nick a boy. (Equal opportunity slicing and dicing. Alternatively, cross-gender alting.)[*]Inherit the Windups (Dancing Clockwork!)[*]The Good Woman of Set IOs (WW is kind of like a stage....)[*]Aggravating Searches (Got to love PUGs.)[*]I Loved You Once in Slices (Not quite Camelot, but close.)
Originally he was but he's recently become a dual Wielder looseing his original sword and gaining 2 different swords.

I was thinking about Gnicholas Gnickleby which would involve the Red Caps. Gnomes with the silent G in case you haven't guessed.

[ QUOTE ][*]Inherit the Windups (Dancing Clockwork!)

Love this title.

[ QUOTE ][*]The Good Woman of Set IOs (WW is kind of like a stage....)

[/ QUOTE ]

Didn't use this one partially because I don't like IOs but mostly because "Set IOs" is replaceing the name of a location and I think it should still be a location but one that actully exsists in game.

[ QUOTE ][*]Aggravating Searches (Got to love PUGs.)

[/ QUOTE ]

I didn't like this title at first but I think I figured out how to make the plot work with it.

[ QUOTE ][*]I Loved You Once in Slices (Not quite Camelot, but close.)
[/ QUOTE ]

Have no idea what that has to do with Camelot.

If it helps one of Gothic Sword's swords is actully the Excalibur... which he stole... from another dimention... so there are now two of them in our dimention... Miss Liberty has our dimetion's Excalibur.

In short, I used 3 out five of your ideas and I will make sure to credit you for the titles in the announcment and the videos when they come out.

Ahh, I guess you weren't in the musical version of Camelot. "I Loved You Once in Silence" is the song that Lancelot and Guenevere sing right before being caught by Mordred. See here for a Marin Mazzie/Nathan Gunn performance of it.

The thing is, I was working crew for that show, I wasn't in it, and I actully HATED the show so don't remember much about it other than our set was otter crap.

Quite litterally half of back stage was exsposed so you had to actully go down stares into the green room and come back up the stairs on the other side just to get across the stage without being seen.

Just updateing my list sence I haven't had any sugestions for a while.

I'm still taking sugestions for the rest of the original list but sence I gotta post this video soon unless you can spill out some better ideas by Thursday this is what I'm going with.

Real Title
Spoof Title (Title Author)
Note:

“Nicholas Nickleby”
"Nick a Lass, Nick a Boy" (Balshor)
Note: I still plan on making the episode about the Red Caps but I went for this title because I don't think anyone will get the silent "G" for Gnome joke in my "Gnicholas Gnickleby" title and it was a preddy lame joke anyway.

“Inherit the Wind”
"Inherit the Windups" (Balshor)
Note: I thought of preddy good story just based on this title. Primal Earth Clockwork vs. the Psychic Clockwork.

“The Good Woman of Setzuan”
"The Good Sea Witch of Sharkhead Isle" (Rial Vestro)
Note: The Set IOs joke was funny but didn't fit well with the story or the original title because Setzuan is the name of a town in one of the Asian countrys I can't remember which one.

“Painting Churches”
"Aggravating Searches" (Balshor)
Note: Like the title allthough the story idea didn't really fit the original plot which was basically a woman visiting her parrents and helping them move. There were boxes all over the stage. The reason it was called "Painting Churches" Church was the last name of the family in the play and the daughter was a profecinal artist who was working on a painting of her parents while helping them move. I'm going to change this in me looking for an apartment insted of a team and forget about the "painting" part of the story which still fits in that title and kind of what the play was play was doing without the family aspect.

“Camelot”
"Cimerora" (Rial Vestro)
Note: It was a toss up between this or Croatoa and sence the first episode will be takeing place there I see no reason why I should do 2 episodes there. At least in the same season so Cimerora got the job.

P.S. Balshor I've been useing your Demo editor for my videos. Some how I got you confused with Zloth for a while but I have you credited in the video for the demo editor in the last video I did. It's the one I'll be posting on Thursday.

Camalot - with apologies to Monty Python, Tram a lot. Video on the PTA.

(And on first read, seeing "Cimerora," I immediately thought "Syllables-wise, that'd be a fit for Anatevka from Fiddler on the Roof.")

I've never worked for Fiddler on the Roof. I might in the future, I think SRT is doing it again next year.
