Weeks after the assassination of a Ritki diplomat by a human shooter who claimed he was with the "Order of Adam", a pro-humanity group based in Paragon City, the Ritki responded with another world wide attack which led to the death of 110,000 people and displaced millions more. Again, the Rikti have cost the world billions of dollars in reconstruction and world aid, especially to those countries still recovering from the last wave of attacks.

In the month of May the Ritki and the U.N finally had reached a settlement shortly there after the release of information that vindicated the Freedom Phalanx of any past doing. In 2004 many wondered as to what prompted the first war years ago many asked why? Why did they come here? what did our world do to cause them to attack us? After the sacrifice of Hero-1 and Alpha team the aliens retreated and many hoped the Ritki were gone forever. Over the years despite protest by the Vanguard, suggesting the Ritki would return people were content with the enemy that was once a threat were now just a mere annoyance. That was until the second great war that brought them back, but the conflict was shorter than the first as evidence surfaced and broadcast world wide and implicated the ones responsible

All looked as if peace was possible, with a select amount of countries in attendance lead by the United States and Great Britian who was also backed up by United Space Alliance. All seemed as tho peace was going to happen, and an end of the war between the two dimensions was on the horizon, that was until a rogue operative who claimed he was with the "Order of Adam" used an energy weapon which shot the diplomat as the speech of peace and cooperation concluded. The diplomat was immediately was teleported out by the Ritki and the assailant as left to attempt to escape but was shot with a stun weapon from the Alliance. Despite several attempts by the coalition over the last few weeks there has been no response from the Ritki even to this day.

The authorities identified shooter as Colin McGravern age 38, and citizen of Paragon City's Kings Row district. He had joined the "OA" shortly after the second war on Earth after the death of his family. In an affidavit released by the FBI profiler showed how he had psychological and pathological need for revenge against the Ritki which lead up the shootings. In an interrogation report he stated "Peace with the those alien (censored) is as bad as surrendering to them... and thats what we're doing... surrendering to those freakish (censored)..."

Week later reports confirmed authorities were about to raid the "OA main office, the leader and founder was quick to disavow any knowledge of the attack stating "The Order of Adam is a family-oriented organization trying to help humanity rebuild their lives as a result of this terrible war." he stated " We at the Order don't have or harbor any violent individuals who take it upon themselves to act out aggression against anyone, we only help those who are devastated and misplaced and we build them back up and become confident once more that their lives aren't over. We realize world wide that humans and alien heroes work together all the time and defend us against the forces of evil, thus we have no ill will against any alien visitor to our planet. And thus the OA neither advocates or condones any such barbaric behavior against our alien allies."

In a CNN interview with a White House official who is stated that the President will continue to investigate the events that lead to this act, and if there is evidence leading to their door there will be no "friends' to protect them. Two weeks ago Statesman coming out of a long silence two weeks ago had this to say: "Intentions. Intentions are what defines a person and or group. By having this killer in their group and within their ranks truly defines the Order's intentions, they cannot wash their hands of what this man has done in their name or the lives lost because of this maniac. Thus my group and the heroes of Paragon will not rest until we have all who are responsible in custody".

Authorities last week confirmed the rumor that McGravern was found dead in his cell, hung from a steel pipe. Reports confirmed he looked as though he had been chipping away at the ceiling to get at them and hung himself with his bed sheets. SCORPIO's Executive Director, Jack Slayton, and several others who came from the Federal Penitentiary had no comment over this event and why SCORPIO had not taken over the investigation.

A spokesman for SCORPIO stated in a letter to Paragon Times: "SCORPIO is doing everything in it's power to investigate the apparent suicide. If and when anything is uncovered SCORPIO will release it to the local authorities.
