Character Rename/Transfer Not Currently Functional

Starting late Thursday, March 13th a problem with Transfer and Rename started that is not currently allowing Transfers or Renames to correctly process. When attempting to purchase, customers will receive the message "Payment could not be accepted for your order. Payment by CC was requested, but without any card data."
We are working to correct this issue as quickly as possible.
Our apologies for the difficulty. We've already put additional testing methods in place to keep the issue from happening in the future. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
