As of approximately 1:20 PM Pacific (4:20 Eastern) the servers are back up and available.

All US City of Heroes servers will be coming down for emergency maintenance starting at 12:30 Pacific (3:30 Eastern) on Thursday, March 13th. We are reserving 2 hours as the downtime, but are doing everything possible to have the servers back quickly and hope to not need all 2 hours.
Our apologies for this interruption and thanks in advance for your understanding.
