New Avengers Annual #2

Parker Robbins has grander aspirations than most criminals. Rather than striking out on his own in the aftermath of the Civil War, Robbins, who is also known as The Hood, is gathering an army. With all of the heroes distracted by Skrulls and Registration Acts, the perfect time to strike at them and society is now. The Hood has been gathering his forces, lying in wait to unleash Hell. Enough of our chatter. Marvel Comics has provided IGN with exclusive black and white pages from the annual, which is slated to ship on January 16, 2008. Here's how the company is officially describing the issue:
