I posted earlier about the Consignment Markets being offline. Upon receiving further details it appears that the issue is being caused by a network connectivity issue between the various server data centers (Europe, East Coast and West Coast US).
This may result in users having longer than expected update times or in game experiences that may appear that the Consignment Markets are not responding, however they are still up. Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
