The City of Heroes and City of Villains servers will be coming down on Tuesday, September 11th starting at 6 AM Pacific (9 AM Eastern) to update the game to version 15.20070813.4T. While this version contains the "behind the scenes" goodies for the Character Transfer and Character Rename features, those features will not be going live with this update.
