Help me with a spines/dark AOE King/Mower Build!

Here's mine, if you have Mids hero planner you can see it. John Printemps also has a different build up somewhere for his IOs but the link to it in the Scrappers guides wasn't working.
Liberty
My 50s:
Hero: Armor Assassin (scrapper), Cross Dresser (scrapper), Surly Seaman (blaster), Defensive End (Tank), Rad Rhino (Cont)
Villain: Beast Infection (Corr), Sweet Zombie Jesus (MM), Milk Weasel (Stalker), Orgullo (MM), Agent Eris (Crab)
Would anyone mind setting up a really nice Spines/Dark AOE King Build for me. If you also dont mind tell what slot to slot my powers with and what IO Sets to put in them. I have very bad luck in the IO sets. Prolly spent 300 mill buying my Fire/Kin IO Sets. Sad thing is that he only has like maybe 1 set. But Please help me get rid of my mygrain!
