I'd love a tutorial like that. I've never done cel shading (or at least done anything worth showing), but I always thought Black Revolvers would be decent (he does cartooning for Nickelodeon -- Kind of assumed that was 'the way' )

I don't think the style really has a name, but it's very commercial. Looks like the traditional western approach with a heavy anime influence.
