He's cute, but his neck seems a little long. maybe it's just me, or maybe it's just the angle his head's turned at. Good work, nice atmosphere and nice proportions

Ahhh, but he's the type of villain who is suave and charming and then will freeze you in a block of Ice when you least expect it. 
Also, it's just phonetically short for "Persephonus"
