help with powers for an omega level mutant

my character Volt Sentinel is suppose to have complete control of his abilities (electricity if you can't tell).

my question is what do you think that would include (this is for concept and story purposes only)
I have:
blasts
manipulation
flight
seeing bioelectric auras
being able skim someone thoughts (by interpreting bioelectric impulses in the human brain
increased speed, agility, strength

and thats it I know there is more but I can't think of anything

Magnetism?

electromagnetism to be more specific.
shorting out or manipulating electrical devices.
shorting out modern cars.
If he could turn into electricity or ride it he could travel great distances very fast.

I have trouble with this one. I cant get it around the suspension of disbelieve. Maybe its just me though

I can totally see telling people apart by their electrical aura's but actually reading thoughts I can't accept.

If you envision the character as a telepath as some sort then I would not include the power under the umbrella of electricity, and maybe call it a secondary mutation.

I also don’t see strength as a large part of it. Yes they would easily achieve upper human potential in the strength category, but nothing in the super human range.

Speed heck yes. An almost literal lightning reflexes, and speed of thought that would make them a fast learner.

I also subscribe to the electrical body ability. Along those lines I like the electrical healer. Healing the body through the absorption of electricity.

I have to agree with the electrical thoughts. While you could tell what part of the brain they were using you couldn't tell what they were thinking. You could see when someone is remembering, creating thoughts, addicted to something, high, and various other things if you knew what parts of the brain did what but you couldnt tell what they were remembering, for example.

Combined with a good hold on human psychology though, you could make very good insights to the point of almost being able to read minds by science sometimes. Think of it as being able to make acurate suppositions about what people are thinking.
