Correction of Lag or Disconnect at Auctions Coming

This morning, Friday May 4th, we updated the Live servers with a hotfix to help address this issue. This hotfix is not a permanent correction and there may be some subset of users who still experience issues when first accessing the Consignment Markets. However, disconnects that result from this should be lessened.
We are still working to put a more permanent solution in place.

We wanted to make people aware that we have a correction for an issue with how game clients access the Consignment Market via Wentworth's and the Black Market that can cause the client to lag out or disconnect. If you wish to check out this fix, you can log on to the Training Room (patch notes here)
This issue is caused from machines who do not have abundant resources to process the initial load of Consignment Market information. When playing, we recommend that you free up as much available resources as possible through closing other applications (such as quicktime, instant messaging clients, streaming music, bit torrent or other background processes).
We are working to bring the correction to this issue to the live production servers as quickly as possible. For those that are affected by this problem, our thanks your understanding and patience.
