Yeah the first time I watched that it was in the very wee hours of the morning and I was resting my head on my hands right in front of my monitor, I almost went crashing backwards into my cupboard 
The teleport bit in "Taken" kind of warned me about what was going to happen.
So I braced myself.
And I still spiraled backwards for my head to make contact with the wall.

It's nothing that bad, the first ones I linked to are just some fantasy/myth flash based animations, it was the "Taken" and "3:33AM" ones that got most people
