The look for Paragon Wonder, my level 21, Natural, Super strength/invulnerability, Tanker.
The background:
Many years ago in a distant galaxy, there was a race of beings who sent their young to all corners of the universe. They wanted them to learn and help grow knowledge for their world along with other worlds full of intelligent life. This story is of one such child...
10 years in space and the ship finally comes upon it's target. A planet named Earth. The ship crash lands on the outskirts of the great city of Paragon. In the hectic crash a small peice of shrapnel lodges in the child's brain causing memory loss.
Soon after the crash, a young couple finds the child in his ship and takes him to a doctor. The doctor manages to remove the shrapnel but unfortunately the memory loss is permanent. Now unable to remember that he is an alien with a mission, the boy is truly alone.
The young couple decides to adopt the child. Returning to the crash site the Father hides the ship and all paperwork on the boy in a shed behind their small home.
Due to having been bathed in cosmic radiation while passing through space the boy starts to develop powers in his early teens. Seeing the incredible feats of strength and nearly impenetrable skin the parents decide tell the boy the truth about his past. His Father takes him out to the shed and passes on to him the ship's information log. The log informs him that he is sent to Earth for a purpose. He is to join with others that have unique abilities in order to repel a coming threat.
After months the boy, now 13, decides to follow his destiny. First he goes to the Freedom Phalanx in the hopes that they would be willing to hear him out. Unfortunatly, they blow him off as a kid making up stories. Only Ms. Liberty listens. She thinks the teen is kind of cute and shows genuine interest in the young lad's story.
Feeling a sense of defeat the teen tries to find others at the time willing to listen to what he has to say. The older adult heroes thank him politely. Their sidekicks who are very interested are unfortunately restrained due to obligations to their mentors. And the teen hero groups also want to help him but due various case loads have to put his story only in records to be checked on later. They all give him contact numbers in case of an emergency. A few of the independent teen heroes agree to help him should the need arise but they generally are too busy with their own sections of the city and the gang problems. They do ask him to contact them too.
Not more than 2 years pass and the boy, now 15, has kept in contact with the other teen heroes. His ship log opens a file geared specifically for that time and he soon learns of the coming Ritki invasion. Knowing that this crisis is what his people had feared the young man dons a ski cap and heads out to help the heroes in any way possible.
After 1 year and many fights later the young man, now 16 years old, has quickly been gaining a reputation as "The Masked Kid" in the bowls of the city's underworld. Not to long after that his parents catch wind of this masked child and his amazing abilities. Becoming worried for their adopted son the parents plead with the teen to stop this crime fighting and lead a normal life. The teen decides to listen to his parents, while still keeping in contact with the teens in the hero community. His parents have been so kind to him for so long, he agrees to put away the mask until he turns legal age to become a registered hero.
The young man, now the age of 18, goes to his parents and asks for their help. Explaining he is now of legal age to register as a hero. He asks for help in coming up with a costumed persona so he may do his part to help keep the world safe. His mother is instantly willing to help her only son.
His first costume, created by his mother, bears a large white "W" to signify what a wonder he has been to his family. The colors of his suit are black with a red stripe running down the middle. White gloves and boots that have a red stripe along the top to signify power and purity. He also uses two silver shoulder pads with gold trim to signify his nearly indestructable hide. As with all heroes, he is not able to wear a cape until acheiving security rank 20.
Donning his very first hero suit he turns to his father for a name. His father, beaming with pride that his son is actually about to become a true hero, tells his son that if he behaves as he always has to his parents, with the people, that he will truly be a Wonder to Paragon. Thanking his father the son leaves his childhood home and journies into the vast city of Paragon.
Wishing to keep his personal life separate from his hero life the man adopts the name of Kirk Conrad. Loving science in shcool Kirk's first ambition is to work as a scientist but alas seeing this as too big of a goal for a man his young age Kirk decides on his second talent. Art.
Journeying to the SMASH! Comics building. Kirk shows the owner, Kendra Reynolds his portfolio. After much discussion she gives him an application and he applys to be a professional comic artist. As luck would have it his art is just what the company was looking for and he was immediately hired. Kirk is given a budget and a cubical with a view of Atlas Park. Now making a little more than enough to get by from his first check after the first week. Kirk decides its time to apply for his hero registration. Next stop after work that first Friday is the Hero Registration Department at City Hall in Atlas Park. Using his amazing abilities he instantly dons his suit in an alley to the side of the SMASH! Comics building. Then goes to City Hall and registers under the name "Paragon Wonder"
With registration in hand Kirk goes home to his parents' house over the weekend to pick up the componants from his ship. In the basement of his apartment building he sets up his computer. Covering it with an advanced holographic imager and several security measures. First he discretely taps into the computers of the contacts he has made and begins sharing information with them and the hero community. The majority of Kirk's contacts are sidekicks and teen heroes to start, because after all adults don't always listen.
Now completely set up for his new life Kirk dons his costume! Where ever there is trouble be it local, city or universal there is a need for heroes! "The Paragon Wonder" will be there with them to stand for all that is good and right!
Feel free to make him art and comment on his concept/look

I love the costumes symbolism for the character. A very neat story, I like the progression of it. The costume is also "wonderful" nice, clean, concept.
