I'm writing this in response to a few complaints I've heard from people who have trouble finding teams or find a lot of bad one. Now I'm a newbie but the one thing I really like about this game is how easy I can find a team (During the day) using the build in tools.
Make use of the team find window, it's obvious but some people don't realize how useful it is. Here's how I use it:
*Once the search window is open select your desired level range and search it.
*If you're looking to join a team, start telling the people on mission maps first. If you're looking to build a team start telling people not on maps. Something generic works for both "Hi there, do you need a team mate?"
*Usually you'll get a few responses I like to take this time to co-ordinate with other people, sometimes you can merge 2 teams.
That's all well and good when you're starting, but once you've made groups don't forget the most important step.
*Friend anyone who made that group fun. You'll very quickly have a collection of players you can rely on and play on your schedule. I may have only been playing about 6 days, but I about 20 "friends" and can almost always get a group as soon as I log-in by contacting one and joining forces.
So, Stand up! Stop whining! and get a Team! (Unless you like to solo, then this post is not directed at you)
