I also like Billy Thorpe (there's an old one to pull out of the woodwork - let's see you young whippersnappers recall HIM!), Aldo Nova (Lunatic Fringe ftw!), Red Rider, Rush (awesome in concert, btw), Boston, Chicago (the bands, not the cities)... so many others...
I married a musician whose taste in music is vastly different from my own. Instead of Styx, I get ICP or some weird electronica stuff. We did agree on enough music like Bing Crosby, the Ink Spots, and other such genre for our wedding, though, so it wasn't all Wedding Singer.
Once I get my site back up I'll have to post the two different pics I did of Sting. One is from his Dream of the Blue Turtles LP cover (yes, I own it) and the other was from a magazine article. He's really fun to draw.
Similar lines, I did a pic for a friends character (Shadowrun) where I incorporated Humphrey Bogart and Sean Connery into an elf. I was pleased with the outcome except for his hand, so I'm hoping to post it soon as I can get some feedback. It's been driving me crazy!

Actually I liked a few songs on St. Anger. (Dirty Window, St. Anger, The Unnamed Feeling - it wasn't perfect, and it didn't 'feel' right - but it wasn't awful by any stretch. It would have been an awesome album by lesser bands... done by Metallica? Eh...)

I just find it odd that I listen to most of the same stuff people here are listing - Not really into the Zappa stuff or GnR for the most part (can't stand the lead singer), but the rest are cool. And good to know I'm not the only one with a few Yngwie CDs. 
I do hear that there's a game ban if you've never heard of The Who or Cream though, so careful you young'uns.
