Just out of curiosity, what goes into the endeavor?

Ok, I created this group/club/community on deviantART a while back, but I haven't been able to do anything with it really. I don't know how much time I'm going to be able to devote to it besides my own stuff, so I was wondering if anyone wanted to help share the burden of organizing the dA community?
