Posted 12-05-2006 03:51 PM about a year ago i stumbled across a small guide that looked like a comic it was instruction (WITH PICTURES!!) on how to turn screenshots into cell shaded comic-esc pictures now at the time my pc didnt have any photo editing software so i just bookmarked it and went on, but that pc died and my new one has the GIMP on it but i no longer have the bookmark lol anyone know what happened to that cool guide?
