Feet are indeed evil-- I sugest shoe catalogues, or little balls of clay to make them then look at them
I think her right foot is fine, but the other is turned sideways. Shoe catelogues would help, I'm sure.
I really like the hair, it is really nice!
I agree, feet are HARD. I have been told to draw shoes, or take a picture of a friend's shoe in a certain position and draw it. Shoe catalogs would work nicely too.

Well here she is...sort of...my scanner is broken so I took a pic with my digital camera and it came out kind of blurry. (I can't figure out how to use the zoom to save my life...darn those technical devices!!!!!!
) Anyway I traced over it using paint.net and realized her mouth is messed up, her shoulders are wrong (I'm missing her shoulder pieces) her neck is too skinny, her legs are too fat (one more so than the other) and feet, my god how I HATE feet 
Oh well, like I said Work in Progress....
Seeing all you wonderful artists on here made me feel like picking up a pencil again. (Haven't really done so since High School wasn't that great then but was gradually improving)
Anyway I'll stop rambling now and post that darn linky thing
