As some of you have read on the Citys of Heroes and Villains forums they are having a Halloween party in Pocket D on the test server. Now I know that some of you might not be going out on Halloween but staying at home for the night. Also that a few you you might already be done with your online Treat or Treat and decide to show up at the party. So I have created a picture that you can use as a Halloween background on your computer in 1024x 768 dpi. In the picture I have put in alot of the costumes that you could go out and buy to wear for this Halloween.
