Update: Rowr is done I did this for her in return for some help she gave me in Photoshop, allowing me to make straight lines

One thing that helps me with lining up the face is to use guidelines. They'd be a little different since you draw in a different style than me, but not by a whole lot. Anyways, what you do is you draw a vertical line from the top of the face, to the bottom. If the person is facing directly towards the "camera", the line will be completely straight. If the person is somewhat turned, it will be a curved line. That shows the middle of the face. It helps show where the eyes/mouth/nose go. Also, there's a horizontal line that works the same. In my style, it's right in the middle of the face. In your style.. It's probably a little higher. It shows where the eyes go.
That should help with lining up the face.

Update: Rhett is done!!! This is my first time focusing on the head, and I like it. I left it kind of sketchy because I like the look of it like that. Now more than ever, critiques are very much appreciated, as I am looking to make my heads better.

Nice job! That's really some improvement on the face, there. One thing tho', is that the eyes are a liiitle high. They're on the forehead right now. In my style, the characters have big foreheads, but even in real life, the eyes are not that much higher than the middle of the head.

Update: Donnchad is done! The arms are a bit awkward, but overall I like it. This is after he had a battle, so his pants and jacket is ripped. I'd ask for comments, but I know it's futile, so just enjoy I guess.

Nice! Why the arms look strange is because they're too short. The fingers should come below the crotch. Another reason why, is he has no neck, which makes his arms come from a strange place. It's just the arms/neck, though, the rest is good!
