This bothers me.
I understand the policy/decision and the reasons behind it, but it bothers me that in regards a matter which is so important/integral to our community here, policy becomes more important than that community.
It bothers me that it seems like nowhere in the process did an actual human being stand up and say: "Yeah he's a pro, but he's a part of this community, too, darn it! And this is a matter of community, not business!"
Perhaps I should be more bothered by the fact that I'm surprised by this.

That seems shortsighted to me. There are a number of people who post here who support this community in a similar fashion. MMOArt is certainly not a competitor in any way. All artists sign their work, and just because his 'signature' is the name of his company, it's deemed a problem and can not be posted.
