lol nice and cartoony, I like the oversizing too!! goes well! 
I like it for much the same reason as TA, very old days cartoony.
critique-wise : the only thing I would change a lil is his mask. looks like it would cover half his mouth as is. although, being shot out of a cannon, I suppose he has more things to worry about than how his mask fits his face.

I got bored and drew up a superhero guy named Cannon.
Other then being a superhero he has no relation to CoH since I can't make a character that fights by shooting himself and other things out of a cannon.
