I'm glad that Emma found a few folks to help with her request. I told her to post here because I knew there were kind folks who would help her out.
Naturally, I know artists are busy but I knew that Emma would be polite and funny in her request. I wouldn't want her post to be received poorly (which it wasn't) and I wouldn't want it to start a floodgate.
I think information does need to be complied on posting requests for art commisions with contact info.

OMG! Thank you sooo much!!! It's really beautiful! The colors are so vibrant! The sky and clouds are gorgeous. Most of all, though, I love the way you drew her happy and smiling! I never cared for the smiling faces in game, as they look, well, fake. But, I prefer smiling faces, really, as that's how I try to be, always smiling and happy. So, you kind of transfered my spirit into the anime version. Thank you LJ. Thank you soooo much. So, oh wow. I just don't know what else to say. You're so nice to have done this for me.

I like the updated sky back ground on this piece. on a whole I like it. as emma mentions. dont often see "happy" characters and the ones in game are definately "false" looking. this on the other hand seems a bit more genuine. ~

Hey WP, if you can get your hands on a trial for Painter 9.5, you may enjoy it's amazing coloring abilites... I discovered the sumi-e brush today and did another one for Emma, with the pressure setting on my wacom, it felt like a real ink brush... I'm loving it, I may never ink with a pen again...
