Devs who "own" their characters, like Manticore, Statesman, and Captain Mako (I think he still swims around these parts), will always be playing their characters.
Otherwise, it could be any dev (or NCSoft person, like Cuppa, if I'm not mistaken).

Got it from Manticore in PD1 he tried to knock me off the ramp with his arrow but i have MoG and Intergration on so he didnt knock me off but then i rezed and he did.
I saw Manticore and I didn't get any title. 
The cuppaclone test was crappy too. Seven instances and I was in one of them the whole time and not a single judge even entered.
Did you move around to diferant ones because I know they made it to each instance.
God DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Keep missing this to get a temorary title!
