Rowr

A warm up if you will, not sure if this will be the finish, but wanted to know what you think of my take on her...

Talk about hourglass...

I like it a lot, very nice work. My only tweak would be that her shoulders look too small-- not width-wise, but the thickness between her armpit and the top of the shoulder seems a little small, gives an almost 'skeletal' feel.

But as I said, very nice. :-) I'm still working on my art...though I think when I get my stuff moved into my new place I'm gonna tackle painting some of my toons, I always liked my painting better than my drawing.

Yeah originally I wanted a wet ripped t-shirt feel, but not sure I wanta get that crazy. This is still in sketch stage, this one came out better than usual, cause I found a scrap of decent drawing paper...

Okay next version, sans apparell (sp)... I pwomise.

Well since it's of me :P

First I think she's a little too muscular. She's a feline not a body builder. She is strong yes but her muscles were made for smooth running and stalking and such. Under the fur she looks very soft indeed.

Also, tiger ears are round, not pointy :P You might want to move the more forward and towards the top of the head a little bit.

And the tail doesn't have a little bushy thingie at the end... keep in mind she is a tiger turned human so she takes on a lot of tiger characteristics. Google image search for tigers and you can see what features I'm talking about.

But that's pretty darn good for a quick sketch without a proper reference!! Just remember, Rowr's power lies in her soft, deceptive feline form, to get you close before she STRIKES! RAAR! :P

I think it's PERFECT!!! And rowr, I think a lot of what you are perceiving as muscles are really stripes At first I thought "DANG Rowr's built!" but when I looked closer I realized a lot of the "ripples" were really stripes.

Personally I think Rowr looks sexier with clothes ON! I can't WAIT to see this finished!!!

I love the first one, but the second one feels a bit more relaxed. =]

yey for tigers! i like both of them, i like the clothes in the first one, but she did looka bit buff and broad shouldered, like with Hemily, rowr is a tigress, they're sleek, lean mean killing machines

[/ QUOTE ] Really? Personally like this newer one more myself. Though the ears are still a bit lynx-ish I thinik. But what do I know, it'd take me tons of practice to draw something that looked half as good eh

I like the first one however I have to admit I like the second one better then the first. Thought again as I said they are both darn good.
